Before joining Troon Home Management, Kris successfully owned and operated a residential construction company, building and remodeling luxury homes across the Valley.
Now retired from running the business, Kris has found a new chapter in home management, where he continues to do what he loves: maintaining properties to the highest standard, solving problems before they happen, and providing peace of mind to homeowners.
Kris’s background gives him a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to home care. Whether inspecting structural elements, checking mechanical systems, or ensuring every corner of a property is secure, Kris treats each home as if it were his own.

Ali brings both heart and hands-on expertise to Troon Home Management. With over a decade of experience as a dedicated nanny, she has an exceptional understanding of what it means to care for a home—and the people in it.
