Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Troon Home Management (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the homeowner or client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Scope of Services
Troon Home Management provides non-invasive home watch, property oversight, concierge coordination, and related services as agreed upon in writing. Services may include visual inspections, vendor coordination, reporting, and property presence checks.
We do not provide security services, law enforcement services, or professional inspections unless expressly stated in writing.
No Guarantee or Insurance Coverage
While Troon Home Management exercises reasonable care and diligence, we do not guarantee the prevention of damage, theft, vandalism, weather events, mechanical failure, or other losses.
Client acknowledges that Troon Home Management is not an insurer, and our services are supplemental in nature. Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowner’s insurance coverage at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Troon Home Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of property, loss of use, or loss of income.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by Client for services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate contact information and emergency contacts
Maintain utilities and systems in working condition
Notify Troon Home Management of known issues or hazards
Grant access to the property as required to perform services
Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit our ability to perform services effectively.
Vendor Coordination
When coordinating third-party vendors (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.), Troon Home Management acts solely as a facilitator. We do not guarantee vendor performance, workmanship, pricing, or timelines.
All vendor contracts, warranties, and liabilities remain solely between the Client and the vendor.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, Troon Home Management may take reasonable actions to mitigate damage, including contacting emergency services or approved vendors. Client authorizes such actions and agrees to reimburse any associated costs.
Payments & Fees
Fees are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Client is responsible for all third-party costs incurred on their behalf.
Term & Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the agreed service plan. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due and payable.
Confidentiality
Troon Home Management agrees to keep Client information, access details, and property information confidential, except as required to perform services or comply with legal obligations.
Independent Contractor
Troon Home Management operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or partner of the Client.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions or understandings.
Acceptance
By engaging Troon Home Management services, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
